Our Office Policies

We look forward to seeing you on your scheduled appointment date. We will be contacting you a few days prior to your appointment to confirm the appointment date and time.

Appointments & Cancellations

With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you keep all of your appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment, LURE require a 24-hours’ notice. In such case, please call/text our office and arrange for a make-up appointment. We also require a security deposit (non-refundable) prior to booking any appointments (unless the appointment is pre-purchased). This deposit applies towards any of your future LURE treatment services/products.

Cancellations / No Shows

LURE Boutique Medical Spa respect each and every one of our client’s appointment times. Please be mindful that a late appointment affects the next client’s appointment service and time. LURE Boutique Medical spa have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any appointment that no shows and/or cancels less than 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time and date will be automatically charged a $50 cancellation/no show fee to the credit card on file. Your consideration and understanding in this matter is very much appreciated and will allow us to accommodate other clients who could benefit from a missed appointment.

Refunds

LURE Does NOT offer REFUNDs on any rendered or pre-paid services/retail. While we strive our best to achieve the optimum desired goal and outcome, cosmetic results vary from each individual and realistic expectations are always being set from the beginning. However, any purchased or pre-purchased treatment package/product retail can be exchanged with any of our other treatment services/retail products that we offer (including in the event that the prepaid treatment(s) services have not been used).
